Acupuncture Treatment Diet Plan (Based on case by case basic)

• From starting time, the participant is required going for 3 or 4 times continously.(开始时需要连续一直不断治疗3或4次。)
• Sliming Diet Plan(按照饮食计划膳食):-
• A)Breakfast(早餐): 1 or 2 Hard boiled eggs, and one glass of soya bean milk, Milo, oat, seaweed,black fungus, almond and etc.(一杯鲜牛奶或豆奶,燕麦,Milo,豆制产品,乳制产品,海藻,黑木耳,杏仁。)
• B)Lunch(午餐): steamed fish, toufu, vegitables, barly, oat, sweet corn,carrot and etc..(蒸鱼,豆腐,蔬菜,薏米渣,玉蜀米,红萝卜。)
• C)Dinner(晚餐):cucumber, tomato, green apple, guave, orange, yam bean (sengkuang) and etc.(麦片,南瓜,青瓜,番茄,苹果。)
• Should take any food after 8:00p.m(每晚八点(8.00pm)后不应吃取任何食物。)
• Shouldn't take more than 1000ml water per day(每天的耗水量(饮料,汤水和饮用水)不超过1公升(1000ml)。
